Design for the life within.

Beauty, experienced.
Welcome to Amara Design House.

The spaces we inhabit shape the way we experience our lives. At Amara Design House, we look beyond how an environment appears to consider how it feels, how it functions and how it supports the wellbeing of the people living within it.

Drawing from neuroaesthetics, human behavior and sensory perception, our approach considers the relationship between beauty, environment and human experience. It is a perspective shaped by my own path across interiors, fashion and media, a law degree and certification in the neuroscience of design, each deepening my understanding of how the conditions and spaces around us can influence the way we feel, move and live.

For me, good design begins with listening. It means paying attention to the rhythms of everyday life, understanding what brings ease, what restores, what inspires and what allows a space to feel distinctly your own.

Because beauty matters. Not simply as something we see, but as something we experience.

About Amara

Beauty, experienced.

Design for the life within.

The services

The spaces around us are continually shaping how we feel and experience our lives, often before we consciously notice.

At Amara, NeuroDesign is interior design through a human-centered lens. We draw from neuroaesthetics, human behavior and sensory perception to create spaces designed for the life within, supporting wellbeing while remaining deeply beautiful.

THE ART OF LIVING AT HOME

For the rituals of home

JOIN THE CONVERSATION

An invitation to live with more beauty, curiosity and intention: at home, in our bodies and in our lives.

There is a particular peace in feeling fully at home in your life. Sometimes it is as simple as slipping into fresh sheets at the end of a long day. Other times, it is the quiet realization that the life around you feels like one you have chosen.

It isn't about perfection, or even about having more. It is about becoming more awake to what moves you, what nourishes you and what makes life feel meaningful from the inside out.

A bedroom can become a place of restoration, just as a kitchen can hold nourishment and connection. We can learn to inhabit our bodies in ways that allow us to exhale. The things we do every day can become rituals for how we care for ourselves, one another and the lives we are creating.
This is where beauty becomes something more than aesthetic. It becomes something we experience, something that can draw us into the present, connect us more deeply to ourselves and one another, and make even the ordinary feel worthy of our attention.

There is no single way to live beautifully or well. The Art of Living at Home brings together voices across design, culture, science and wellbeing, each offering a perspective, body of work or way of living worth discovering. I’ll bring my own questions, discoveries and ways of seeing, too.

Through stories, ideas and conversations, we’ll widen the frame together. Not to prescribe how life should look, but to invite a deeper curiosity about your own.
To notice what makes you feel more alive, and make more room for it.

We begin with home, but the conversation extends into the life unfolding within it and far beyond its walls.
